Hi, I'm new here. Since I DJ, I could use some audiophile advice.

I've gone through so many pairs of DJ headphones. MDRV700, ATHPRO700, HDJ2000, TMA-1, DN-HP1000, RP-DH1200, HD25-1 II, K267, and XD-53. Every pair has either broken, is uncomfortable, or lacks treble.

Remember, I'm inside a club (loud music, drunks, and spilled alcohol). Can anyone recommend a pair? They just need to meet some requirements.

1) 64 ohms or less impedance
2) 50mm+ drivers
3) coiled detachable cable
4) 1,000mW+ max input
5) closed back
6) circumaural
7) durable headband and joints
8) clear highs, but emphasized mids and lows
9) great isolation
10) below $300 USD

Thanks in advance.

I highly recommend trying out the new ATH-M50x, they fit all your requirements, minus the drivers which are 45mm. Sound is similar to its predecessor, but with removable cables and better pads.

You could wait for the release of the new Sennheiser HD8. I have not tried them, but their over-ears, definitely better comfort than the Amperiors/HD 25 if you like their sound signature.

If you've managed to break both the HD25-1 and the TMA-1, then I can't think of any headphone that will survive similar abuse. You could maybe try an Ultrasone (probably the Pro750 or 900, or perhaps DJ1pro) which does meet most of your criteria. There's V-Moda stuff but their isolation is lousy.

Or just get something from Koss or (gasp) Skullcandy since they're cheap and have excellent return policies. Then use the leftover money for a nicer "home" pair of headphones.
