I use the smalls, and I'm wondering where I can buy some of the new soft sleeves? Maybe somebody bought the set, and only uses the med or lg ones?

You can get the new soft flex sleeves off the shure.com website. iirc the earplugstore (sponsor) has them too. Regarding trading, I'm sure you could arrange something in the FT/FS forum.
