with following features (everything compared to Tin Audio T2 because that's all I have for now)

• Better isolation. T2 really lack there
• Less prone to tangling. I have used many IEM over the years and T2 are the worst with it. They tangle too easily
• Lower length of the earpieces. It's really hard to use T2 while lying down in the bed as the earpieces are just too long
  
• After considering all the above if I still have options to choose from, then the final factory would be sound quality. Signature can be whatever

So what are my options?

Not exactly sure about the mic issue, but you m,ight look at the KZ line--there are a few in that price or close to it, one of which could potentially work.

Will you be buying in bulk? If not, you've already wasted more than $10 of time specing them out and soliciting feedback.
