I'm looking for a IEM. I'm leaning towards the XBA-40 however there are a couple of things that are in the back of my mind.

the reviews about the XBA-40 are a bit of a mixed back. I'm wondering if the xba-40 is a good buy at £160 or if there are better ones to be had (like the XBA-h1 or h2 perhaps?)

second, it doesn't have detacheable cables. Given they are quite steep in price, i would rather have something that is detacheable (like the XBA-h3).

Lastly, i have been looking in to some wireless options. The XBA-bt75 came to mind, which can be had for about £40, but given that it's a single armature and has no aptx i was actually looking for something newer. I know that there is a bluetooth module for the XBA-H2,h3,z5, the MUC-M1BT1. but are there any other options?

I'm quite biased towards Sony, and I like the precision of a BA. But i don't think there is anything that is wireless or with detacheable wires that is like the XBA-40 unless we consider the h2 and h3.

Am i wrong?

BTW how does the h2 compare with the h3?
