Looking for help from computer gurus...

Check under Views -> Current View as Bill Ward suggested, but look under 'Customize Current View'. Check to see if there is anything wierd under 'Group By', 'Sort', or 'Filter'. Set them to [None, Recieved, Off] respectively to be sure that they are not messing it up. You can also try recreating your local outlook profile. Let me know if you need a walkthrough on how to do that.
