I am a guy who usually wears earbuds. Been using the Monster Turbine's for quite sometime but since I became deaf in my right ear and can no longer place earbuds inside it, I need to purchase some nice headphones. 
 
My budget is $250(max) 
 
I do lots of traveling so I would like them to be portable and placed over the ear. 
 
I'm looking to get lots of clarity with the headphones but since I listen to lots of music that have strong beats, I would like the headphones to have a good amount of Bass. 
 
I was looking at the new Beats Studios since I heard they have gotten a good improvement but I am still not sure just because its *Beats*. lol
I also took a look at the M50s but although they sound very clear, I was told they do not offer as much bass as I would like. 
 
Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you talk to a doctor that you are in condition that wearing headphones is ok with your ears?
 
The chances are, if you have damaged hearing, it is not good to use headphones. You know, you can completely lose your hearing.
