Title pretty much says it all. Some of the criteria I have in mind:
 
-can be driven from my phone ( i have a E7 but its kinda bulky combined with my phone)
-on-ear, but over-ear if possible
- price range around $100, maybe slightly more
 
A plus if possible
-noise cancelling

Try a pair of Philip O'Neil Stretch headphones.  They isolate really well and are built equally well.  They sound pretty good for their $60 price tag and even have a bit of flare to them.  They are very portable.  I hope you like them.
