Hello all,
For a while (a long while) I was using my Senheisser HD280s in the office, and I like them very much. But now I took them home and I need them there. I am basically looking for a replacement with similar characteristics but I want something different. What I would like in the new headphones is:

- Good flat sound, of course
- Closed
- Good noise isolation, so I don't have to crank them
- Good bass response (my HD280 lacks a bit here)
- Somewhere in the $100 range
- Will be powered by my notebook
- Comfortable for long periods of listening (I get some fatigue with the Senns)
- Durable

Thanks in advance.

Hey there,

I haven't heard any of these except for the Sony V6, but it sucks when nobody responds, so here is a list of possibilities to check out. All of these should be fine on a notebook.

Koss ProDJ100
Sony MDR V6 (I owned this for around 8 years. They are crazy durable. Comfort is ok, but you start to feel them pressing your ears after an hour or two. They leak sound if you crank it, but nothing at moderate volumes. Way more bass than the HD280, which I've tried before but never owned.)
V-MODA Crossfade LP
