I would like to follow the route of something like a Lepai or Topping amp (only names I know) but am searching for a desktop amp that will accept possibly USB input.  I do want to be able to run computer output into a 3.5mm input and have a headphone jack on the front so I can listen mostly via some speakers like the Daytons and yet at times plug in a good pair of headphones.  Ideas?  Need to do as budget as I can.  I hate typical desktop computer speakers and would just like something a bit better.

FiiO E10k USB DAC/amp, $75, comes with both an amplified headphone output and a line-output (for speakers).

Or use that FiiO E10k with a Lepai or regular Topping t-amp. It will likely have better headphone output.
