Wow, can't search old posts...so must post my own. I'm looking for a cordless headphone for my dad. Not expecting great sound quality, they're just for watching TV. I'd like a pair that are comfy, reliable, don't hiss, and battery is long acting or easily recharged. I'd like to spend $50, but will consider up to $100 if that's what it takes.

Anyone happy with a model they have? Thanks.

I'd recommend to check the AKG K506AFC - or maybe a Philips...

Forget the part about "they shouldn't hiss" .. they all do.
If you want true wireless, get a Philips, if you can live with Infrared (should be ok when watching TV) I heard Sennheiser IS- .. can't recall the number .. should be pretty nice.
