Hey fellow audiophiles. I'm looking for a pair of comfortable IEMs for use at work or going out. I have used the ear buds that have the rubber ends but those to me I never find comfortable at all. I can never get them to stay on and it drives me nuts.
I have used the Sony sports ear buds or older ear buds that loop over the ear and has the earbhd sit inside the ear. Those I find to be the best in comfort, but the sound and quality leave a lot to be desired.
I see a lot of custom IEMs that are similar that fit into the ear but can't tell if they stay in place and are comfortable for long time use. I need input from fellow members on recommendations on a pair that are comfortable to wear, but give me the omph in bass I need.
My budget is $100 - $250, can stretch more if the quality and sound warrant it. Custom IEMs with detachable cable are a plus to insure long time use.
