Hi all,

I’m new here. I am looking for a comfy circumaural headphones that doesn’t clip/touch my ear or feel crammed. I tried some Audio Technica and HD555. The Audio Technica (forgot the model, sorry) clip my ears top and bottom. HD555 touched my ears on all sides and felt crammed. I was disappointed with HD555 as it looked much bigger in pictures.

I want to know the inner diameter of the ear cup that surrounds the ear for some of this model: K702, MS-Pro, D2000, HD650, GS1000. Also I’ve seen some picture and videos of the new HD800 and that look really big anyone got the measurement for the ear cup of the HD800? Also any other model with big ear cup people can recommend ? I don’t know many models.

I am currently using either in-ear or superaural. Thank you.

Denon D2000 or Beyer DT770/880/990.
I dont have the measurements, but I have the same feelings as you about not liking the baffle touching my ears.
Those models are ones I know would work for me.

But if your ears look like this then I cant help

Those Beyer look big. But they'll look big in photos. If anyone got the measurement I'll really appreciate it.

The Stax Lambda look big too, but they're electrostatic phone, I've never heard one before and I heard those kind is really expensive.
