Hello, I am looking to get a fairly cheap (under $100) amp that can push 250 ohms for some beyerdynamic 990 pro 250 ohms. Does that exist?

If you are looking for a good 100$ amp, the Schiit Magni 3+ / Heresy is a good option.

For an all in one, creative labs has the G6 refurbished for $99 with shipping, in direct mode it's not bad if you keep main volume at -2db, or 87 percent. The AE-5 is $79 for an internal card. For 250 ohm you'll need an amp/DAC combo. I saw a Topping dx3 on Mercari for $100 but don't know if it's still available.
