I have a very low budget, around $70 or so... I can stretch it a little but not much. Can you guys recommend a DAC/AMP that can power the Fostex T50RP MK3. I need nothing fancy, Mainly for PC with no speakers. Any suggestions?

You're not really going to be able to get a real DAC + amp combo for that amount. I would get the Fiio K5 as an amp now and save up for a DAC later if you think you really need it.

Micca Origen would be great as well for that price.

I recently ordered a SMSL SD793-II, its a non-powered USB DAC/AMP. Not sure if its good enough.

You might be ok. It's just not the best way to go with a combination unit. You will have much more power and versatility with dedicated ones. And price is not much more.
