Looking for wired basshead in ear headphones that the wire doesn’t go round the back of the ears

I currently have a set of Audio-Technica ATH-CKS77x Solid Bass in ear headphones that are on their way out.

I don’t like headphones that the wires go round the back of the ear, only like earbuds that the wire hangs down normally.


Looking for something that is extremely bassy and below 20 ohms so I don’t need a amp to run them as they are sensitive and easy to power.

I listen to electronic dance music.

The Audio-Technica ATH-CKS77x are perfect but need to be replaced.

Maybe a Final E5000 or something from Etymotic. I don't have enough experience with them.

There's cables that don't have ear hooks and just drops down. It's probably the best method or your choices are going to be so limited. The Artti T10 has the best and most fun accurate bass of any IEMs I've had. The Moondrop Chu II was good but not as fast or resolving.

Technics TZ700 are worth considering, pretty easy to drive and fantastic bass - often my choice for listening to electronic music in particular.
