Not much in that price range... perhaps a used X-can (maybe even a v.2); the X-cans have a great synergy with Senns. A PPA is another tremendous choice (in the interestes of disclosure, I am selling a PPAv2 on the forums right now, so I may be biased). If you are looking for portable, consider a go-vibe.

If you can go a little over $200 a used Headfive would be a good choice.
