I need a good Amp/DAC under $100 that can power a pair of T50RP MK3s, AKG K712, or Sennheiser HD600 that has an optical input.

There's not much for under $100... I would suggest the Schiit Fulla 2 though. I use a pair of Fostex T50RP Mk3's daily, but I use a Schiit Magni Uber and Modi Uber. Although, if the Fulla 2 was around when I bought my combo I probably would've gotten it instead. I haven't tried the Fulla 2 myself, but it's the only DAC/AMP combo I can think of for under $100...

I did some more research and i realize now that the rca is output(don't have much experience with DACs). I needed a USB input and optical input but the 793-II doesn't have usb so i decided to choose something else and the only thing under $100 i seemed to find was the smsl m3 and the fx audio x6
