Sharkoon Rush (if you can still find one) ticks all your boxes.
I think they might be discontinued.
 
Definitely the absolute BEST sounding cheap headset I've ever heard. ($10-15 range) ... and they're light for a full-size set.
They're a little bassy out of the box, but if the bass is too much, seal up with sticky tape one or two of the four vents in the back of the driver, that'll get it sounding fairly neutral.
 
The pads are a little small, so they might be a little bit 'on-ear'.

Ah ok... <$150 isn't exactly a low price.
That really does open up the floodgates to more suggestions.

A used pair of Philips X1s or X2s would work perfectly for all your needs
