Looking for a USB ASIO audio interface with a decent mic pre-amp as well as a decent headphone out?

Indeed I myself own the Tascam US122L as I needed an interface with phantom powered mic pre amps. This is why it isn't so necessary for normal home users as they won't need the extra features but of course I'm sure there are people who prefer interfaces for just listening over DACs. I sit in the production boat but am intrigued by hifi setups as well so will probably try out a DAC too with an amp and passive speakers sometime
