Anyone know of any DAC's with 2 set's of RCA to digital coax inputs & ouptuts.

I'd like one with:

RCA pair input>Digital out
Digital in>RCA pair out

If anyone knows of a similar device that has ADAT instead of digital coax, that would work too.

Does he mean a dac which accepts dual coax? Chord dac 62 version 2. DCS series, those are a few which need dual coax in for upsampling and to run in a full differential system. There are probably others but those are the two which spring to mind.

What kind of budget?

Sorry, your lack of input led me to believe you were being "smart" with me. The ART DIO looks about right; it's cost is about 150$ new, I think.
