I'm currently using a 2503-10u advanced dock with my thinkpad(w500 =D) Lenovo Support & downloads - ThinkPad Advanced Dock - Overview

It has a pci-e slot in it (only 1x speed though, I think), and that slot can only be half-profile length and height.

Any good sound cards that match such criteria?
