Looking for a set of headphones for computer seminar / teleconferences and music.  Yes in that order.

Requirements:

Lightweight
Over ear
Microphone
USB or 3.5mm plug.  I guess if 3.5mm then she could use them for other than just computer use.
Price $, she would rather be around $50, I'd go to $150
For smaller sizes*

* My wife is petite, just under 5 feet.  The one issue she has with almost every set of headphones she has ever used is the size.  They always seem to be putting too much pressure on her ears and not being supported by by the head band.

Looking for suggestions.

KRK KNS-8400 very clear sound perfect for voice work. People have reported tightness but i've never had this problem and am 5'3 in height.

Koss UR 40- very lightweight with plenty of clarity for voice work while having decent bass for music.

Thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately all but the Koss UR 40 are out side the 50-150 range when a mic is added.

How are the:

KRK - KNS - 6400
AKG K172
Shure SRH550DJ

The seperate mic is interesting because most of what I had been looking at were either more business or gaming related.  One of the more interesting ones I had found was (size and weight looked good):

AKG GHS1
