I was looking different types of IEMs and none of those rubbery round ones because not a single one stays in my ear, they just all slip out. The Apple Earpod style, or AS200 Splash-proof In-ear Headphones are the only types that fit in my ears. 

Simply put I need headphone recommendations like these:

Oh and under a $100 if something like that exists.

have you tried to use comply foam tips? most of the time if they dont stay in your ear its because of the tips

Yea, they just fall/slip out and never stay in. I have not, are there any IEMs that you recommend that come with those? Or would you rather say that I buy those separately?

you can try some really inexpensive offerings from KZ , 
 
not sure where you are, but you shld go to a audio shop to try out earphones

I would say try the silicon tips first that come with most earphones, some companies do have more variety than the other, if all else fails, try the comply tips, most people enjoy them because of the seal they provide, the comfort and it stays in your ear.

For earbuds, you can try VE monks, though its quite a process to get them, or yuin buds.
