My question is if there's a better option than what I've already had...I liked it, and it wasn't very expensive, and I'd be ok with buying another one, but I'd rather have something that would last me a while, instead of having to buy a new one every 8-12 months.
 
I want to keep my budget under, like, $30 if possible?  I'm flexible, though.
