As the top-of-the-line closed-back headphone from Focal, price discounts on new purchases are highly unlikely. You may find Focal Stellia from time to time in Head-Fi classified adverts or posted on EBay. Price / condition may vary on a situational basis.

Cheapest I found was 2990 usd in eBay for a new pair.

That is the going price for new Stellia on every dealer website that I checked.

Always give dealers a call and discuss. At worst you will make a friend and gain some insight.
you can call TSAV or Bloom Audio.
