Hello Head-Fi,
 
I'm pretty familiar with full-sized cans, but IEMs are out of my territory, so I'm coming to you for some help. I recently started full-time on a Help Desk where I was given the following --

It works, but is far from comfortable. It is also compatible with Microsoft Lync, but I'm not sure how relevant that is... I'm guessing something with a mute-mic and accept call remote.
 
Anyways, I'm looking for something with a good mic that doesn't pick up the entire room I'm in, any suggestions on something that is relatively cheap?
 
I currently own a pair of MEelectronics M9 IEMs that are very comfortable and I know they come in a version with a mic, but it says iPhone compatible, not sure about any other compatibility on that end...
