I still have one question left.
 
After alot of searching around I came to the conclusion that there are apparently 2 different versions of both the GR07MK2 and the GR07BE.
 
This version of the MK2 has colored rubber tips:
 

 
And this version of the MK2 has all black eartips:
 


I've also stumbled accros the classical colored version on ebay:

The 1st version was GR07 and then they launched 2 others(2nd edition): GR07Mk2 and GR07BE(mk2 with mids forward) and now the 4th one: GR07 Classic(3rd edition).

I was referring to the different iterations in the MK2 model.
 
This is a case for the GR07 (MK1 if you will)

I'm guessing the smaller box version of the MK2 comes with the black tips.
 
But my question is still unanswered, which one should I go for?

I believe the box with the black tips are the old packaging and the colored tips one is the new packaging. There is no difference in the product itself.

Ok, I also found the GR07 MK2 CLASSIC for 125 dollars including shipping which translates to about 90 euros. That would be a bargain for me.
 
Are they just as good as the original MK2's?

That's just been released so no one knows the difference yet. If you get it, you probably would be one of the first one here and I would love to hear your review of them. If you want to play it safe, then GR07BE/Mk2 are the ones.
