which has dimensions : 3.6-Inch (h) x 3.6-Inch x (w) x 4.6-Inch (d), however they sound average at best.

I want a pair of budget audiophile grade bookshelf speakers with height no more than 4 inches which has good bass...and yeah my creative x7 can handle up to 100ohms...

No more than 4 inches, yet you want good bass?
This would be possible with a separate subwoofer, but I really do doubt that a 4 inch high speaker, with the cones they will have will handle it.

Would you be okay opting for a good set of speakers with a separate sub?
