I'm looking a close back headphone and a iem for under 400USD.. My generally something warm since I'm a warmboi also the fostex Thx00 didn't have sound isolate IMO. So, main criteria is..

-Warm and somewhat clean sounding(not shouty)

- great for electronic music

- decent for isolating noise around 60db

I am assuming you mean $400 for both (?).

If you do, then the two that come to my mind are: vmoda m100 and the iBasso IT01. The IT01 is not especially warm, but it is (as I say) fantastic for electronic music and it is overall an incredible-sounding IEM. Punches way above its price-point. Maybe read about these two and see what you think. It is possible one or both could work for you.

Some combinations I will add in no particular order :

Audio Technica MSR 7, iBasso IT 01
Meze 99 Classics, iBasso IT 01

Keep in mind, if you have odd & large shape ears, glasses, suggest changing the ear pads to ZMF Cowhide.

Either of the above well in combination.

i LOVE my mr speakers mad dogs. use them for office and they isolate great and are good for electronics in my opinion. very easy to listen to
