I bought a Harmony 550 from Best Buy just to try it out and I'm going to return it soon so I can buy it cheaper elsewhere. Anyone know where to get them for cheap?

i got mine from amazon...don't know how much cheaper, but since i'm an amazon prime member i use the overnight shipping all the time. i really like the 550...setting up wasn't trivial, but the whole "activities" feature is very nice. also works with the apple remote for my appleTV.

I got mine at Amazon too. If you want a good deal, keep an eye on places like FatWallet and SlickDeals.

The pluses for me with Amazon: free shipping (Prime member), no tax and 30 day price protection. If the price drops within 30 days, and you email them, they will refund the difference. I have gotten over $300 in price match money refunded in the last year.

The Harmony 659 (refurbished) is on sale at Amazon right now for $40!
That is a steal of a deal for one with most of the same functions as a 880. Better act quick though....it is all over the deal sites!

Don't forget, you also have 30 days to retun things to Amazon and they are pretty good about returns. I once returned a slightly used elec. toothbrush for a full refund....sorry to whoever buys on of those refurb'd
