what does that mean? "Locking Type" split center pin. and how does that work? I read that description about some ic's and have no clue what that means.
It means that they have a collar that you can twist so that the jacks grab on to the RCA outlet and can't be removed (unless you loosen the collars) without a lot of force. This not only keeps the connection from disassembling itself, it also means that the contact of the RCA's will be as good as possible...
