I understand the wait.  I've had my trips in my possession for only 3 weeks tops since I received them on Jan 5 of year. It's currently in Livewires possession for the third time, and I hope to have them later next week, which marks the 4th week since they received it from me.  They use to have a 30 day return policy, but no longer has it.  I tried getting a refund for the mentioned reasons, but was denied and instructed to send it back. 
 
My whole CIEM and universal reshell experiences, like many has it's ups and downs.  I'm taking a long break from them.

Good luck! Seriously. I've heard that one before from LiveWires. I'm still sore about the cable I purchased a few years back and never received. It was enough to make me stop recommending them, despite the sound quality.

I had mine reshelled and am glad I did. The swivel cables was interesting but ultimately a failure due to a number of issues.
