I was browsing the forums for a topic of this nature but couldn't find one so i thought I'd start one to get further insight from all you audiophilic electrical audio engineer gurus
So out of curiosity does anyone have any experience with wires made of similar material litz but of different types? Just curious on how much of a sonic impact getting e.g. a silver litz type 1 wire vs litz type 4 lets say and pros and cons of AWG amounts

From an analog audio perspective, there are no differences in the types.

"pros and cons of AWG amounts"
What's the question?

So you're saying there's no real sound improvement between the different types?

Some custom cable makers use specific awg like the ones that offer like 6-8 braid silver litz cables use 26 awg (higher the number the finer the cable)and some like the one I bought from use 24 and just does 4 braid cables which is basically you get the same amount. So i was wondering if those that do have multiple cables might be able to shed some lightif it gives any improvement to sound quality
