I used a 336 with HD-650s. It was an OK combination, but that amp won't even come close to getting the best out of the 650. I don't think the little dot will either, although I haven't heard it. To be honest I liked the sound of the 650 from my Technics stereo reciever better than from the 336. BTW I was wondering does anybody know how many volts the 336 puts out driving a 300 ohm load? Just curious to know if the amp was really too weak or if it was just my imagination...
