Has anyone heard either of these two amps- the Little Dot A1 or A2? I've owned a Little Dot MKVI+ for a few years, and it's been fantastic. It's currently out for repairs. Started poking around in case the amp can't be saved. The A1/A2 seem like they're the current flagship from Little Dot, which is a much loved company on this site, yet I can't seem to find any threads where these amps are discussed. I'm a little skeptical of the A1, being that it's a combo DAC/amp with tubes, but the A2 is a standalone headphone amp. Looks like both use 2A3 power tubes.

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

Following 2. I think the power of amp is very decent, on par with THX ones, but it will not power some really power-hungry ones like Hifiman HE6se.

Would it handle something like Dan Clark Aeon 2 or Flow open x? Im looking to find one of those for my next cans.

The goal for me is not to driver the HE6 but to have a good sound tube, which is more of the 2A3.
On the other hand it will not be for this week, it is late! :/
