Hi,

I want to buy the LD2++ for my Sennheiser HD595. I am planning to connect them to my x-fi em.

Can I just use something like this:

One concern with my Litttle Dot II++ is accidentally leaving it on and causing a fire hazard. I've done several searches for a timer that would automatically turn it off, but so far only found week timers, the kind for turning lights on and off when on vacation. Anybody have any good ideas for automatically shutting this amp off when unattended?

How about a relay switch? They come with 4 pins. Two take a low voltage to turn on a higher voltage circuit. You can connect the usb power pins to the low voltage circuit and the house plugs to the high voltage circuit. Just make sure they are the correct rating. There may be preassembled things out there of the same nature in a safe container.

I don't know about electricity, sorry. Just making sure you turn it off when you're ready should do the trick

Not sure I want to build a timed relay switch, but you gave me an idea to search for AC relays that have timers..
