LiteAudio DAC-60 w/SonicCraft mods vs. Lavry DA10????

Hey, guys, I am looking to upgrade my computer as a source. Now, I just need to find the right DAC for me, with a budget of $1000.

So, with a m-audio transit, how do the DAC-60 and DA10 compare? The outputs would be feeding my CIAUDIO VHP-1. Has anybody compared these 2?

Also, this has to be something that is the best possible product for my money with possibly upgrade potential in the future because I cant afford to upgrade again anytime soon (like 2 years).

Not many people have DAC60 let alone that one with mods. The DA10 is also too new.

I prefer modded units vs. stock ones in general but I don't trust other people's mods since I dont' know what they'd sound like. DA10s resale value is probably higher since it's more known and has more demand. You could always get stock DAC60 and see if you like it. I don't believe in adding more money to mods unless you like the unit.
