Rank them by recording quality and musical quality please!

#3 "Converting Vegetarians" by Infected Mushroom [ 8.5 ]
#4 "...And Justice For All" by Metallica [ 8.0 ]

In no particular order...
1. Dookie-Green day (not nearly an audiopphile type album but I can listen to it all day)
2. We don't need to whisper- Angels and Airwaves
3. The vertigo of bliss- Biffy Clyro
4. Hot Fuss-The Killers
5. Red Hot Chilli Peppers Greatest Hits album (does that count?)

Blood ran to my head when I saw a compilation album in your list. In my opinion compilation albums always seem 'fake'. Like listening to some plastic version of the people, instead of the real flesh. But then again, I do have autism.

For me, in no particular order, it'd be this:
King Crimson - Islands
Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon
Coil - Horse Rotorvator
Miles Davis - Kind of Blue
The Beatles - A Hard Day's Night

Diver Down - Van Halen
Reign In Blood - Slayer
Killers - Iron Maiden

Kind of a moving target, and only five is tough, but here goes:

Miles Davis - In a Silent Way
Jethro Tull - Thick as a Brick
King Crimson - Red
Beatles - Revolver *
Pat Metheny Group - Still Life Talking

*As an aside, my 15 year-old son and I were driving to Eastern WA last month.  He was doing the driving (learner's permit) so he got to control the music from his own collection, and I'm happy to report there was no rap :)  His choices were Revolver, Bringing it All Back Home, and Night at the Opera.

15 years old and drivin'?

I can only start taking lessons when I'm 18.
I can however drink alcohol at the age of 16, so I have nothing to complain about.
