All the iRivers do Flac or Ogg.

I am not sure this is true of all iRivers. My T30 is spec'd as supporting OGG but I think it is really meant to support "Vorbis" OGG, which I believe is a lossy format.

From what I gather (from Wikkipedia) OGG is not a codec but rather a "container" of a number of codecs, some of which are FLAC (lossless) and Vorbis (lossy), among others.

Can anyone confirm this? Thanks

Clix2 offers Flac playback then? You have it so you should know.

Yes, it plays OGG. Hence the 'or'.

not all I think, I know H10 and H3** series support them with rockbox. as I know the other series doesn't support but I'm not completely sure.

kenwood has it's own lossless. On the hd30gb9 that is, maybe more.
Zune miss of lossless it also quite a dealbreaker to me at least.
