Does anyone know whats inside? Or any REAL info (specs) for that matter?

"Features" (from the lindemann website):

* The USB-DDC lets you connect laptops, PCs or Macs to the digital input of the 820S or any other SPDIF digital input on a DAC or CD player.
* Connection is via USB input socket, RCA and TOSLINK output socket.
* Converts the USB audio stream to the SPDIF digital audio standard (digital-digital conversion).
* The USB-DDC's ingenious PLL synchronization delivers digital audio data with extremely low jitter.
* Full galvanic separation of the PC and the hi-fi grounding systems prevents interference reaching the hi-fi from the PC.
* Allows you to make maximum use of your premium quality converters when you play music files stored on your PC or Mac -- without the need to use a sound card.
