Yes, just need to buy some adapters to convert the RCA outputs on the Magni 3 to be compatible with the xlr plugs on the back of the monitors.

Plenty of options on amazon or monoprice.

According to the Yamaha website, the HS5s have XLR and TRS phone jack inputs that accept balanced or unbalanced signals. RCA to 1/4 TS phone jacks might be easier and cheaper than RCA to XLR (or not... I have not done too much research on it the pricing of the two options).

Yes. Just buy the correct cables.

Normally in some cases that may introduce some noise but I haven't heard of any problems with the Magni2 Uber nor Magni3, but if you really want XLR you can just save up for the NFB-28.
