Lifespan of headphones with certain types of music

95% of my music is Psytrance..
So do the ever-lasting bass kicks shortens the driver's lifespan in comparison to let's say classical music users...?

Theoretically, yes. Practically, I wouldnt worry about it cuz no matter what you listen, headphone drivers last longer than your lifetime unless you blast them. Or atleast over the lifetime of the cans and headband, which might break anytime depending how you treat your headphones.
