Remember the "FACE" on Mars? I believe there was a movie made out of it. Future spacemen actually landed on Mars to investigate the FACE and low and behold they found Aliens inside! Forgot the name but it was good movie.

IMO, it's out of proportion. Sure, it looks human, but judging by the depth of view and the rocks around the picture area, it must be a midget.

Lol, my first impression when I saw that was it looked very similar to that famous Bigfoot picture, where he's walking in the woods, kinda looking at the camera.
