I'm an owner of some Alessandro Grados MS1 and a broken Shures EC2. But now I want a nice pair of full Can's that are noise canceling under or around 100$. Since my parents don't **** and the TV is always loud i can't stand it

consider closed headphones with good isolation; try to avoid active noise canceling unless you absolutely need it (since it affects sound quality)

AT m50's might work for you. they supposedly block out sound very well. bassy and dark headphones. decent quality and they sell for under $100 if you find good deals
