durability is a plus as i'll be using them on my laptop, on the go, gaming, etc. 
 
i'm taking the step to move on from my Klipsch S4i. every pair i've had tend to break down after a year or so even though overall they were decent. Klipsch's customer service was very good as they'd send out a replacement pair free of charge whenever one of mine broke down.

so i'm just wondering if there are any other gems i'm missing out on. if they have nice customer support, that's an added bonus.
