Thank you, they actually have little use, the problem is that I have sent an email to letshuoer and they do not respond to me, if the support-guarantee is this I will think a lot about buying another product from this brand, a shame because they really have a spectacular sound.

Usually Letshuoer wants to correspond through the original seller. I would reach out again to your vendor on Aliexpress.
Granted I purchased from a larger, well known vendor but they were very helpful in working with the factory when my S12 pair split down a seam. I was able to purchase replacements at a fair cost. In my case just the IEMs nothing else.
