Hello all Head-Fier's! I kind of posted in the New Member Introductions thread already, but I felt I wanted more than a simple post. So, here goes.
I'm just an average guy, with not much experience in the audio field. All my work I do is through computers essentially, and I kind of have an extreme obsession with audio. My first pair of decent headphones I got was about 10 months ago, a pair of Monoprice 8323's. I love them, but a run in with the crap stock pads really got me, and they ripped and tore apart, due to the relative humidity of the Southeastern U.S., and they are on RMA for a replacement pair, and the day after that RMA, they started selling replacement pads. My luck has failed me again. They will be back next week (thank you UPS free shipping :/), but until then I'm stuck with a pair of generic Dollar Tree earbuds until then. (A most definitely hilarious review of them is coming.) After that I will break in my new pair of Monoprices and give my impressions to you guys.
