I've emailed Justin twice about this issue and haven't heard back. Needless to say, I'm a bit frustrated.
 
My Pico Slim has been a perfect little unit, until recently, I went to listen to some tunes, and only the
right channel came through. I tried a different LOD and headphones, and still, the left channel is out.
When I slowly removed the headphone jack, the left channel came back in, but because the headphones
were almost totally unplugged, the sound was "far away".
 
What do I do? Is this an easy fix? I've since had my iPod Classic stolen (BOO! HISS!), so I'd like this
dealt with before I go out and buy another iPod, used...

The only reason the left channel started to work when you pulled the plug out was because it was hitting the right channels signal inside the 3.5m jack. Contact the company about getting it repaired.
