I'm in Canada, so each of these cans are at the following prices including tax:

LCDX - $1356
Elex - $1170 (after customs fees, etc.)
Clear - $1921

I listen to 80% rock / 20% pop, classical, other stuff.

Is there a clear winner here based on price/performance ratio? I'm thinking it's the Elex, but not sure.

As a fellow Canadian I say buy used and save as much money as possible. Audeze headphones are often preferred for rock and pop music and a lot of people find that Focal headphones have a narrow-ish soundstage which is not necessarily good for classical.

What are you going to be running them from?

Focals do have a narrow sound stage but for rock you don't need a big stage! The Elex are definitely a better value than Clear (I've a/b tested them). Can't go wrong with LCD if you have a strong neck (they're heavy af).
