So currently I'm using an LCD-XC with a Schiit Ragnarok/Yggdrasil as my setup at work (I'm at my desk 8 hours a day, gotta have some quality sound 

) but lately I've been thinking that I may want to take my setup home and instead use something a bit smaller (TOTL custom IEM with another Schiit stack of some sort or maybe the new Jotunheim).
 
My question is, can a TOTL custom IEM compare (or best) the LCD-XC (in both sound and isolation)? Isolation is important, but I also don't want to downgrade audio-wise. I've been scouring over these threads looking for possible options but I haven't settled on anything yet. I figured before I wasted any more time I would make sure I'm not barking up the wrong tree.
